Herbal Consultation (15 minutes) - $25

For Patients who wish to get a Chinese Herbal prescription - this service is required to be prescribed as a standalone (without Acupuncture services). This service does not include the price of Custom Herbal Formulas. This service can be slotted for Facetime, or over-the-phone consultation as well if you have a list of questions wishing to be answered prior to committing to a service - but an in-person consultation is highly recommended for tongue and pulse diagnoses for the most accurate prescription possible given your current state of health.

During this consultation, we will go through whatever questions or concerns you may have, diagnose what you wish to treat, and talk about the course of treatment, dosage of treatment, duration/frequency, and contraindications with any of your pre-existing health conditions.

If you prefer an over-the-phone consultation, please indicate in the note box for me to call you at the scheduled time.

Herbal Medicine is prescribed in the form of a tea - Powdered granules designed to desolve in warm/hot water.

Depending on your needs - the recommended dose for best effect is one dose three times a day; an hour before food (empty stomach), away from coffee, tea, and alcohol. If alcohol is being consumed, please skip the dose.

for 5-7 days worth of custom herbal formula comes in 50g bottles - catered to your constitution, at an average cost of $40/bottle. These herbs can be prepared and ready the same day for pick up if you're calling in/emailing/texting for a refill order, or 5-10 minutes after your consultation.

Acupuncture New Patient Initial Consultation + 1 hr Treatment Session - $150

The primary purpose of your first visit is to assess your health and medical history and discuss how acupuncture can best support you. A treatment plan will be formulated to properly address your individual needs and concerns. This typically takes 30 minutes to complete, and is followed up by a 1-hour treatment session to ease into things!

Treatment sessions generally include one or more of the following in addition to acupuncture: nutritional and lifestyle guidance, cupping, electro-acupuncture, auricular therapy, Guasha, heat therapy, tui na (Chinese bodywork).

Acupuncture 45 Min Follow up session - $80

This is a perfect spot for those who aren't looking to take up too much time, have a simple chief complaint (one area of concern), and allow for a quick and effective Treatment!

Ideally, this would work well for those who are wanting to address their Stress management, Anxiety, or Emotional concerns - looking for a quick relaxing treatment or those who are looking to get one area of injury (musculoskeletal Injuries - MSK) covered effectively!

This is also perfect for those who'd like to extend their hard-earned benefits at a good pace!

Acupuncture 1 hr Follow up - $100

Recommended for more complex health/musculoskeletal concerns or you desire longer relaxation time for stress reduction.

Time is taken to assess your ongoing process and address any of your concerns. This would either allow for a full 1-hour treatment towards your chief complaint or 45 minutes of Needling + 15 minutes of Heat and Cupping Therapy.

Or this Treatment can be divided up
30 minutes for the front, and 30 minutes for the back treatment but with reduced efficacy vs treating one side at a time.

Acupuncture Extended 120 min Follow up - $190

An extended follow-up session vs the Normal 1hr treatment. Perfect for those with multiple chief complaints, looking for a front and back treatment; and for those who can't come in as often as they like.

This time slot allows me to do 1hr Front Treatment, and another hour for Back Treatment - given that your chief complaints are relegated to those areas.

Please note, you will be extremely tired/drained after this session! Do make time for your body to rest.

Note: For this Service, as it is an extended session, please take the time to confirm with your Benefits/Insurance company that they do cover this amount of time in one sitting. Some plans only cover a certain percentage based on average treatment (ie. 1hr Follow Up session at $95), and sometimes do not extend beyond that.

This is designed as a follow-up to work on Energetic-based Acupuncture for Emotional Release/Emotional Trauma/PTSD.

Effective at treating emotional trauma, retention, and forms of "stuck" - Stagnation, this allows for an energetic release.

This is not considered a full Reiki session, as we are not force-on-force energetic manipulation, but rather using the sensitivity to locate and open up blockages.

This treatment is covered under normal Acupuncture benefits!

Quick Active Release Treatment (20 min) - $60

If this is your first visit with me, please select the option - Acupuncture Initial Consultation + Treatment as your First Time Visit! This allows me time to explain to you what to expect. This treatment selection is a non-retention needle - meaning it does not stay in like most traditional treatments are where it helps reduce inflammation. This is only to release tight muscles and is not used fully to address pain. The regular 45/60/90min Follow-up are recommended if that's the case.

This is designed for those who have a singular area of concern - Tight muscles, aches, and pain. Commonly used for Frozen Shoulder, reduced Range of Motion (Active or Passive), for those looking for a quick release due to hypertensive/contracted muscles.

If the area of concern is a fast release (in and out), the rest of the treatment would be used for IR Heat & Cupping.

This Modality does not contain the use of Class 3B Laser or any additional Topical Herbs - for Analgesic/Muscle relaxing qualities, please select IR Heat, Laser and Cupping Follow up if that's the case!

If ED is a concern as a side effect - Acupuncture (included in the treatment) can be used to counter such concerns!

For Females:
The most commonly seen in the clinic is Alopecia - Topical Minoxidil daily application is recommended for best results!
